From time to time, we share small surprises — exclusive promotions, limited-time discounts, and special offers — as a way of thanking our Yù community. Please note the guidelines below, which apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.

General

• All promotions are offered at the discretion of Yù.

• Promotions are valid for a limited period and while stock lasts.

• Promotional offers cannot be applied to past orders, shipping fees, or gift card purchases unless otherwise specified.
  
  

Promo Codes

• Only one (1) promo code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

• Promo codes must be applied during checkout and cannot be added after your order has been placed.

• Some codes may apply only to selected items, collections, or minimum order values.

• Any misuse of promo codes — for example, using multiple accounts to redeem new customer offers — may result in order cancellation.
  
  

Discounts & Sale Items

• Sale and discounted items are considered final sale, unless noted otherwise.
  

• Additional discounts cannot be used on items already marked down.

• Limited-edition, collaboration, or exclusive releases may be excluded from site-wide promotions.
  
  

Gift With Purchase (GWP)

• GWP offers are available only while supplies last.

• GWP items cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or store credit.

• If you return an order that included a GWP and the qualifying threshold is no longer met, the GWP must be returned in its original condition. Otherwise, its value may be deducted from your refund.
  
  

Affiliate & Influencer Codes

• Codes shared by our official partners and creators are valid only within the stated promotional period.

• Yù reserves the right to update, disable, or change affiliate codes at any time.

• Influencer and affiliate codes may be excluded during peak sale events or major promotions.
