At Yù, every piece is crafted and packed with intention. We take great care to ensure your jewellery arrives beautifully and safely. As a small-batch brand, we offer exchanges or credits only in limited situations.
To keep our process fair and sustainable, please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Chain breakage, general wear and tear, tarnishing or damage due to improper care

Personalised or custom pieces
If you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, kindly reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you promptly.
A Note on Earrings
Our earring posts are made with soft precious metals. They may arrive slightly bent after transit — this is normal and not considered damage. A gentle push will align them back into place.
Exchanges & Store Credit
In special cases where an exchange or credit is possible, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.
Items approved for exchange must be shipped back within 7 days.
Final Sale items (40% off and above) and all earrings remain ineligible for return or credit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend choosing a tracked, cost-effective service so your parcel arrives safely.
