In a small-town ski resort called Rusutsu in Japan, the fresh powder snow had just veiled the three mountains — it was my first time feeling that coldness beneath my feet. I loved how tranquil the area was. That night over dinner, Pei and I unexpectedly met Dustin Hoffman, who was there skiing with his friends — a star-struck moment, especially knowing him as the voice actor of Master Shifu from Kung Fu Panda. It felt like the icing on the cake.
