Our big family trip to GALA Yuzawa was a rollercoaster. My sister had gone on far more snowboarding trips than I had, while I was caught up in my startup journey. Mom and Chien headed to Niigata and got stuck an extra day due to a snowstorm, while Pei, her husband Andrew, and I stayed in Yuzawa. I couldn’t handle the -20°C cold, but my sister played till lights out and only stars lit the dark blue sky. Her passion was truly admirable. Inspired by that night sky, it reflects the heavens offering her a gift — a symbol of force and momentum.
